Head of Performance Marketing

Main tasks include:

  • Build and lead a performance operations team
  • Work together with Sales and Product to achieve the stated revenue and margin goals
  • Grow key customer relationships at senior levels
  • Participate in the execution of campaigns across multiple platforms together with other team members
  • Collaborate with clients, partners and internal team members to resolve any technical and quality issues
  • Contribute to the sourcing and development of new trading platforms, reporting tools and KPIs
  • Proactively maintain knowledge of industry trends and disseminate within the organization

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience within performance marketing and the programmatic advertising ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of CPI, CPL, CPV, CPA, CPT and SEM campaigns
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as the ability to clearly communicate targets and outcomes
  • Creative and agile approach to problem-solving with a self-determined strive for success
  • A people person with strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple complex workflows at once
  • Excellent English language skills
